I was asked to do a little second shooting by Katherine Mackintosh a friend and fellow photographer, she’d asked if I could spend some time capturing the lads getting ready in the morning…of course I could. It was great meeting Andy and the lads in the morning, kilts were ready, mum was ironing shirts last minute, Champagne was opened followed by wee drams of 963 year old Blended Malt Whisky…wow!!
Andy was lucky enough to be given a lovely Tag Heuer watch by his soon to be wife Rowena…there was for sure a little tear in his eye Rowena, when he opened it!! Another wow!!
Andy was then driven to the church in the most beautiful old E Type Jag…serious car envy at that point…I could hardly keep up with them!!
Everything went perfectly at the church, so many happy faces and lots of laughter!! The confetti was plentiful and I think Andy enjoyed himself way too much…haha, laughing all the way! After the ceremony we had a little time to spend with Rowena & Andy to get a few unique couple shots so they took the glasses of champagne and went for a wander down a country lane…perfect ending to a perfect ceremony…Then they were off to party on at Langley Abbey, I hope the rest of their day was just as fun, good luck for your future together as Husband and Wife…
